Guest Access

Guest has access to entire apartment, communal picnic area, and dedicated parking spot. Guest does not have access to small storage closet located in the entry way. There are closets in the bedroom and hallway that guests are free to use.

Welcome to The Wildwood PDX! The balcony is private and covered, shrouded by trees, and there is a lawn with picnic benches in the communal area. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with extra linens and large closet, dresser and smart TV. The second bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, large closet and closet organizer. There is a half bath located in the hall between the two bedrooms and the main, full bath (with shower and bathtub) are located in the primary bedroom. The main living area includes a comfy couch and smart TV for relaxing, a full-size dining area, and a dedicated workspace with high speed WiFi. Kitchen is fully equipped with the following items: Cutlery, plates, glasses, slow cooker, roasting pan, rice cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full size fridge with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, and everything you need to live comfortably away from home. There is one uncovered parking spot assigned to the unit, as well as plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Other Details to Note

-Apartment is a first floor unit, however there are 2 steps up to the walkway to the front door. -Though the apartment is on the ground floor, it is above a basement and the balcony faces the rear of the building and is NOT ground level. -Laundry facilities are located in the basements of the adjacent buildings. Laundry is accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app. -As the unit is on the first floor, there are occasional, typical sounds from the neighbor above, however we have not found it to be disruptive. Just in case, we have included a white noise machine for your use.
