This apartment building is located across from a grammar school. You may hear kids during school hours as this is an urban environment though it is fairly quiet when the windows and door are closed. The unit is also located near one of the gated entrances, so you may hear other residents passing through on their way in or out. The entire building and garage parking is secure fob/ key entry only. The complex itself is well lit and this apartment is accessible and great for people who need stair-less entry. Please note our office hours are from 9am to 9pm. If you arrive after 9pm and can't figure out how to access your unit despite the instructions you will need to find alternative accommodations for the night and we will accommodate you when office hours resume. So if you are concerned about operating a smart lock or following access instructions, please take care to arrive during our working hours. This is a self check in property with a lockbox and a coded door lock to access the unit. These details are provided in the check in instructions. Requests for refunds due to failure on the guests part to adequately follow check in instructions will be denied.
